Patience is the bridge that closes the gap between substance and your tangible blessing
Romans 10 verse 17
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Before a gardener can plant seeds, he/she must preparer the soil. Organic matter in a form of compost or mulch must be added to the soil. The same thing happens before a person can have faith, they need to be prepared, their hearts being the soil must be prepared by adding compost which is the word of God. The bible says the word is sharper than a two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is the discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The word of God is the best compost for your heart.
Psalms 119 verse 130
The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.
The seed must then be planted into the ground, the word of God is the seed that is planted into the prepared heart and the entrance gives light.
Hebrews 11 verse 1
Faith is the substance of things hoped for,
The seed is planted, but no-one sees it. The one who planted does not see the seed too, but they know that they have planted and have the assurance/ substance of things not seen.
James 1 verse 3
The testing of your faith produces patience.
The seeds might take 7 – 14 working days before it germinates, the waiting and trusting that the seed will germinate is the testing of your faith to see if indeed you believe in the seed. This is a trialing time because you have the substance but the physical disagree with the substance.
But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up their wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
Patience is the bridge that takes you from substance to materialization of the substance, by waiting on the Lord. When the ground is worked, a seed planted and watered, we don’t just relax and say the seed is planted, but the gardener continues to water the seed. The same thing in life after we have read and meditated on the word, we have produced faith, and we have a light about a certain matter in our life and have received grace or substance. We don’t just relax, we continue praying, we continue thanking God for his promises, we continue reading the word until we see the manifestation. Until we see the seed germinate into a seedling and the seedling into a plant, we don’t stop we continue waiting on the Lord. because we have the understanding that even though we don't see the seedling yet, but germination is taking place in good condition under the soil. We are not moved by what we see but we are moved by the evidence of things not seen.
Patience is the bridge that closes the gap between substance and your tangible blessing. The bible states that God is not a man that he should lie, nor a son of man to repent. His promises are yes and amen and He is looking out for his word to be fulfilled. But He also says we are coworkers with Christ. It’s your responsibility to read the word and develop faith because those who come to him, must believe that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him, and get an understanding of what you are asking him. It’s your responsibility to pray without ceasing for a man ought to pray and never lose heart. It's then His responsibility to respond to your prayers by grace or substance. Then it’s your responsibility again to wait and remember we don’t wait and idle we wait in him letting patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete lacking nothing.

Everything works well for those who are patient, the years, the months, the days, the hours, the minutes and seconds are part of the ingredients in patience.
