Perseverance
The definition of perseverance according to the Oxford language is persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. My epitome of perseverance in the bible is Job and Ruth. James 5:11 As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy. Perseverance is the distance between the two following passages of scripture: But Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God.
